Artifact has a somewhat passive deployment method, but there are also active deployment methods in Shinchi and Vegalta, so it's not difficult to line up unless you use it for a complete business trip. Similarly, the 1 draw when destroyed by the opponent has to be activated before Caduceus's draw because it's a glimpse of the cost, and it's a little like having one of his Artifacts in your hand, which is basically used face down. Careful action is required. It's ridiculous to use Vajra and Labrys just for that, and compared to his other Spell/Trap's effects when destroyed, it seems plain.
It's a very troublesome card if you can activate it, but the effect of the new rules makes it look more romantic.
