By releasing 1 Cybers in the EX zone, it has the effect of Special Summoning Level 4 Cybers from the hand and GY, and the effect of halving his ATK of 1 monster on the field when sent to GY.
If multiplayer is final sigma summoning support, then this is Laplacian summoning support. But for that you need his Cyberse monster in the EX zone. Mathmech's EX monsters tend to be heavy, so it might be a good idea to use relatively light magma or borrow monsters from Link 1 or 2. Also, both his hand and GY need his Mathmech, so his GY in the early game and his hand in the late game are a little suspicious.
