That's why I say that I'm in a fairly advantageous situation in terms of circumstances. Is it necessary to remove the monster and his spells/traps under the circumstances? Subtle if you ask me. If you want to suppress it, I think that EX Deck and GY exclusion will be useful effects in terms of "nipping the bud of the opponent's reversal".
In particular, the EX Deck is an effective effect that can be used from the first turn (the first turn cannot be excluded because there are no cards on the opponent's field GY). It may be effective in the middle of the day to break down. I feel that the reason why this card's effect doesn't have [Exclude Hand] is that it was judged to be too strong when used in that way, so it was adjusted to "Exclude EX Deck".
