~If it's a light/dark dragon named Dragon Nanchara, then it's all Mizael.
It can be deployed with a level 8 dragon, and can be immediately connected to rank 8 or Link. Level 8 dragons are blessed with quality, quantity, and support, so it shouldn't be a difficult story to secure.
After the effect is activated, the deployment destination is limited, but as mentioned above, the attributes and races are blessed with both quality and quantity, so there is not much of a problem.
The GY effect targets level 4, contrary to Seyfert.
Seyfert is a card that can be deployed in a wide range of ways, but since his Deck that handles this card probably occupies a lot of level 8s, lower grades tend to be thin and it seems that there are not as many opportunities to activate it as Seyfert.
It's hard to function on its own, but I think it's a very user-friendly race support, as it has specs that are blessed with support. At least it's a nice card for fans.
