The name is Tenyi, but the effect is a lot of versatility.
It has the effect of excluding the opponent who activated the monster effect, and the effect of attacking and destroying the Effect Monster, raising his ATK by that much, and having the effect of attacking the monster again.
Note that exclusion effects cannot negate the effect itself. The expansion effect is worth crushing, and it will be possible to slow down the opponent's future expansion.
Destroying an Effect Monster in battle will permanently increase its size. Since it's originally a high ATK card, even if it's destroyed once, it will grow to a considerable size. On top of that, it is possible to continuously attack monsters, and the murderous intent is quite high. With the first effect, he is in the middle of developing halfway.
In Tenyi, you can combine Adara with Ashna or Vishudha. Most of all, Tenyi is his Deck that specializes in supporting non-Effect Monsters, so I don't think there's much need for him to use this Effect Monster card.
