In ①, if Rokket exists, Special Summon, and in ②, if he is sent to GY from anywhere, he will search for Rokket. What's more, it's level 7, so if you drop this card in the mausoleum and search for "Rokket Synchron" with its effect, he'll be ready for Borrel's S summon.
The only disadvantage is that it does not bear the Rokket name. On the contrary, should I regard the fact that I didn't belong as a balance adjustment?
