For that reason, a powerful effect is given, and he has a tremendous effect such as Special Summon, ignoring the summoning conditions of his Toon Monster from the Deck, using the "Toon" card as a cost. In addition, it is possible to search for "Toon" Spell/Trap cards, and in preparation for the next turn, it is possible to lay down 《Toon Briefcase》and activate 《Shadow Toon》as a leading fire power. I won't go so far as to say, but why couldn't I have given Toon Buster Blader a little more consideration? By the way, maybe this card isn't considered a master by 《Toon Dark Magician Girl》, so it can't contribute to ATK up. It would have been perfect if I was treated as a black magician when I was in GY.
