A Rank 4 monster that requires a very strict material restriction of Level 4 Gimme Pape x 2.
Putting out this card itself is like binding play, so it's too much to add a double binding from there. To be honest, I don't think you need all the restrictions.
First, take control effect
You can take two monsters, but basically you have no choice but to connect them to Gimme Pape Xyz because they are bound by Gimme Pape. Fortunately, it also has a level change effect, so it can be connected to rank 8.
However, the monster that remains in the final stage of the current environment is Link Monster, isn't it? Even if you steal them, you can't get anything out of them due to restrictions. Does that mean you can play level 8 Gimme Pape with Tribute Summon?
And as a further problem, Heaven's Strings and Giant Killer, which are the main strengths of Gimme Pape Rank 8, are monsters with removal effects.
However, since this card steals monsters from the opponent's field in the first place, it doesn't mesh at all. Why did you make this adjustment?
