A normal spell that has the effect of special summoning a divination witch whose level is 1 lower than the 1 divination witch on the field from your hand or her deck. However, it has the effect that only her spell users can summon and special summon on the next turn.
The fortune-telling witch tends to rely on luck for the cards that appear in her deck, and the recruiting destination is not stable in that part, but it is a powerful card that can be recruited with just one card. However, the Fortune-telling Witch that comes out of the Deck cannot use its effects, so you can probably use it to increase her ATK with 《Miracle Stone》or use it as a material for Link Summoning.
Since she's borrowing luck in advance, her next turn's development will be limited, but if she's a deck that focuses on using spells, you can almost ignore it, and if you decide this turn, it's irrelevant.
It is undeniably a little unstable, and there are difficulties in using the fortune-telling witches she summons, but it is a fairly easy-to-use category among the support for the fortune-telling witches.
