He has many decks that can be rotated by spells, and his hand triggers are rare to spell negate, so the effect itself is powerful.
However, it's a 2:1 ratio and requires a cost, so it's not a card you can use casually. It will be important to have a solid cost structure and assessment.
If possible, I would like to take advantage of not only negate, but also the fact that it is easy to fertilize angels into his GY due to the cost. It also serves as a stepping stone for Christia and his Hyperion.
