An excellent card for general purpose hand triggers. The advantages are omitted because other people have exhausted them.
In my opinion, it is excellent as a check and balance, but is it a weak draw source?
In a high-speed environment, it's a little painful to have to be passive when you want to voluntarily draw and call in key cards.
Also, there are many decks such as mine decks that are rarely seen in tournaments that do not use special summons, and in that case it is difficult to have them in your hand.
In addition, since it does not interfere directly, it allows the enemy's deployment after all, so the interference is left to the face down card or the drawn card.
Therefore, rather than seeing it as a draw source, it should be recognized as a card that should be incorporated as a check against mass deployment and a 1-turn delay (life extension).
Cards such as Gold Sarcophagus and Future Fusion that require a turn for their effects are in line with the above characteristics.
