First of all, you can't expect the opponent to destroy it in battle, so self-destruction is desirable, but even if it's low for advanced, it's a little high hit point for self-destruction. Choose the situation. It is an advantage that it corresponds to Helway for the time being.
Also, even if he can be sent to GY, the timing of the handicap is late at the end of BP, which is exquisitely painful. In the current environment, it's mostly developed, and since GY has this guy, the opponent should use up all their cards. It's hard to say that handicapping at such a timing would have an impact. It's not uncommon for the game to end in one turn.
It was a difficult card to handle back then, but in today's high-speed environment, I don't think it's a substitute for actual battles.
