It's a name like the King of Viruses next to Demon King, Death King, Dark King, Evil King, and Shadow King, but is he a deck destruction virus flag?
His Monarch status card with a Monarch-like effect, with the effect of destroying as much as possible opponent's monsters with his ATK in a range equal to or less than his total ATK of the monsters released for Tribute Summon .
Massive destruction is possible in situations where multiple ATK 0 are lined up, but it is doubtful that the effect can be used satisfactorily otherwise. It doesn't work well with low ability cards that are suitable for release, and in order to make use of removal, high ability cards are required to be released.
