I didn't get as many as Fortune Lady, but I also strengthened Reptilianne. Even this one is quite a strengthening range.
If there is a reptile drinker on your field, the ATK of one of your opponent's monsters will be reduced to 0 and you will receive damage equal to his ATK to Special Summon this card. It has the effect of making his ATK 0 for up to 2 monsters.
Special Summon doesn't allow anything other than reptiles in play, but Reptilianne is easy to achieve. Rather, the compensation damage that sets ATK to 0 may be more difficult. Also, when it is used as an S material, it only has one effect per turn. Vasuki can be performed by using this card itself and monsters whose ATK has been reduced to 0, so it would be a good idea to aim for that as well.
When used as an S material, the effect is like playing Lamia and drawing two cards. If they have destruction resistance, you can use them as release materials for Vasuki, and he can attack continuously, so you can aim for great damage with Synchro Monster.
