If there are 2 or more Link Monsters in your field, you can Special Summon from your hand, and when Link Monsters fight each other, remove them from his GY, and increase his ATK of 1 Link Monster of GY to his Link. It has the effect of granting combat resistance to monsters.
Special Summon effects go well with his Deck, which deploys Link Monsters such as his Accesscode Talker and overwhelms them with violence. Since he is Cyberse, will he be even more compatible with Accesscode Talker? Other than that, it would be an effect that can be used with a Deck that arranges Link Monsters.
By using this Special Summoned card as a link material, the door to the effect of GY activation is also opened. If Link Monsters, which were the conditions for Special Summon, were also used as link materials, the condition that GY requires Link Monsters would also be lifted.
