A card with the same effect trigger and status as Monarch, and the unique removal range changes depending on the card released.
However, it is amazing that the quality of the release is required. If it's a single removal spell, something like Gaius is fine, and even if it's a multiple removal spell, the range tends to be quite limited, so it takes a lot of ingenuity to handle it well.
However, even with multiple removal, there is something called "Dark Dust Spirit", which has a peculiar behavior called Spirit. The value of devising it looks thin.
Isn't it about 10 years wrong when you were born? It's not that there aren't some points of differentiation, but I think it's pretty tough because of the peculiarity of the original effect.
Perhaps in the future, I think that it will be possible to differentiate it by appearing in the evil king category. Otherwise, as already said, what were you thinking when you printed this? It becomes a card.
