It is impressive that it was also the buzzword award in 2013 due to the influence of Hanzawa. It seems to be a continuation of "The Huge Revolution is Over", but the main effect has nothing to do with them.
It reacts to burn and accumulates counters, and each counter has 2000 burns, which is high in firepower.
However, it is fatal that the important target is considerably limited. Moreover, there is a lag before activation, and there is a high risk that it will be removed during that time. Since it is a Continuous Trap, surprise attacks are weak and easily affected by the opponent's actions.
If it's Full Burn, it doesn't have much removal, so the risk of it being removed is slim, but since this card itself doesn't have the effect of neutralizing Burn, there's a possibility that it'll be overpowered and settled.
There is also a way to actively activate it by using things such as sending, but it takes a lot of time and effort, and due to the delay in timing, there is a possibility that monsters sent during that time will be used and removed.
From the above, I think it's a very difficult card to handle.
