Even though it's a pinpoint, it can do the work of two Crows, and can greatly deprive his GY of his resources. It is also excellent that it is sober but 2 sheets "up to".
Hikari has a lot of decks that emphasize his GY ad, starting with Lilo, which is one of the reasons why it is useful. It can't even be activated if GY doesn't have a target, but since there are many highly versatile cards in Light such as Usagi and Veiler, it's not much of a problem.
Also, since it is a tuner, it is difficult to spoil even if it is put into play. Since it is level 3 or lower, it is good to be able to call it with Khalifa.
In addition, in AOJ, which is the key, there are many cards that target the basic field, and most of the attribute changes used for support are not as good as his GY, so it is not very compatible with his performance.
Because it is a pinpoint, it is much less versatile than Crow, but it has many points of differentiation. I think it's a decent meta card even among AOJs that don't have a good meta.
