You can activate Flip while blocking the effect, but it's not a direct removal, so it's heavy to require a hand cost.
Also, he can only block Flip Monsters, and there are holes that don't work for reverse effects that aren't Flip Monsters.
The hit point is only recruiter level, and it is not unlikely that it will not be destroyed in battle even if it is raised. As already said, it would be quicker to remove it with 《Nobleman of Crossout》.
Even if you want to differentiate yourself, it's almost a combo premise, and it's an AOJ that doesn't have a good support, so it's difficult to find an advantage.
