The effect itself is excellent with a storm, and there are high-level dragons such as Vice and Topheni whose Special Summon is easy.
However, the premise of a combo still hurts. It's all the more so because it's just costing the high grade that is accidental.
Even if you prepare a cost, it often doesn't go the way you want it to, because the dragon you were supposed to kill is going to get rid of the dragon you were aiming for. This can be said in general for removing demons and traps involving monsters of this kind, but what you want to remove before deployment.
I feel that reliability is not enough due to its heavy cost and accident resistance.
