Is World Legacy trying to bring about the collapse of this world...?
① is the effect of banishing the World Legacy monster in his hand or his GY and increasing the RBI of his Link Monster on the field by that amount. Although it can only be strengthened by his Link Monster, World Legacy has many monsters with high hit points, so the strengthening value is considerable. The reason why this card is more powerful is that this RBI increase is "permanent", and if Star Spear is excluded, it will be a tremendous 3000 permanent increase.
② is the effect that if the Link Monster is destroyed, he banishes this card from GY and revives his Link Monster. This is essentially a destruction resistance grant, but he can be revived by any Link Monster, so I think it's highly flexible. However, since it is an effect that can only be activated by GY, it is somewhat difficult to meet the two conditions of having a Link Monster on the field and sending this card to his GY in some way. It may be good to use ① as the main and ② if you can use it.
