The effect itself is a versatile card exchange card. However, if you use it normally, it's 2:1, and your opponent has no loss, and you can exchange cards and fertilize his GY. If you hire them appropriately, the loss you suffer will be greater than it looks.
As already said, I would like to use it in Dark World and Fabled, where some kind of effect is activated by discarding it. Compared to the gate, it is a single use, but being able to activate it from the first hand is great, and it also helps the movement of the gate.
There is a similar card, 《Dragged Down into the Grave》, but compared to that card, it is snowy and searchable, and it is easy to move actively. However, even considering that, the peeping + handicap over there is large. Both can be used for the purpose of rotating at high speed.
Although he has a strong quirk on his own, in Dark World he is an excellent card that can contribute to deck rotation.
