Endymion's low-level new, but frankly Endymion is a irrelevant effect.
The effect of 1 is a simple and clear magic counter generation. With Continuous Spells, anything is possible, so it looks powerful at first glance, but the disadvantage of not being able to use it until the next turn is too big. Due to its characteristics, it is almost impossible to use it during the opponent's turn.In Endymion, there are few Spellcasters that are good to throw away at a cost, and the Continuous Spell that you want to wait for one turn to use is not frankly the current situation. Since cost is necessary, versatility is also a little tough.
If it's a Continuous Spell, it can pull anything, and although it has the potential to deal with explosions, I think it's a bit of a tough card at present.
