It's a card that can salvage Tuner, but it requires a cost on the field and its targets are somewhat limited. As already said, Stronghold of Reincarnation is too expensive, regardless of the monsters you can pick up from your hand.
The only thing that can't be done over there is that the cost is a release, so if you use it in conjunction with a holy carving, you can reduce your losses and develop it, and if you're a high-ranking carpenter, you can easily pick up more targets.
Also, if it is under Shadow Dystopia, it can be removed and collected.
However, it's not always possible to pick up cards that conveniently, especially since Link and X can't be targeted because it refers to the level, so the combo with Shadow Dystopia is a little unstable.
I think that it is a collection card that is quite difficult to handle.
