Since it's a Galaxy and a dinosaur, you can search a lot with Oviraptor and Mage.
It can be deployed if Galaxy is attacked, and can be X-summoned during the opponent's turn using his Galaxy on the field as material. Considering your own level and Galaxy's core rank, it will be a base rank of 8.
Taking that into consideration, it would be desirable to trigger Galaxy Knight or a photon dragon, but the problem is that it's passive by nature, and level 8 Galaxy has a high stat to begin with, so even photon dragons are practically useless. Since it has combat resistance, there are few opportunities to be attacked in the first place. Of course, if it is removed before attacking, it's a par.
Furthermore, during the opponent's turn, the fact that there is no particular Galaxy X that you want to summon with BP also spurs the lack of adoption value of this card.
Unless you're specifically aiming for an X summon, it's not that it doesn't work as an extra wall for mages and warriors to attack, but it's unreliable after all, exposed to the threat of removal.
Even if it rots, it seems that Galaxy is easy to process and does something interesting, but overall the risk is higher and there is no need for Galaxy.
