A Counter Trap that negates the activation of the opponent's Spell Trap and destroys it if there is an Evil Eye monster on the field. If 《Evil Eye of Selene》is on the field, its activation and effects are not negate.
It's a card that acts as a deterrent against his Spell Trap removal that targets the weak point of the Evil Eye, Evil Eye of Selene. In particular, being able to stop 《Cosmic Cyclone》, which is the biggest weakness of 《Evil Eye of Selene》, would be great.
It can't be used if there are no monsters on the field, but since it's a card I want to use to protect 《Evil Eye of Selene》, it doesn't affect me that much. Rather, it is very painful to pass through monster effects, and it is useless against monsters with Spell Trap removal effects.
The additional effect is that it cannot be stopped by the opponent's counter.
