In the anime, it's a card recommended for Jack to use, but it doesn't really fit Jack's Deck, which has high RBI synchros even within the team.
As for the effect, the level that can be synchronized from the animation has been changed to 7 or higher, and since they are mostly high hit points, adding battle destruction resistance made the feeling of squeaking stronger.
Moreover, the mysterious specification that the RBI drops when you endure it.
High RBI synchros are removed by effects, so in the past everything didn't mesh, but recently it's become easier to create high RBIs, so adding battle destruction resistance to high RBIs has increased in useful situations.
That said, it's not like I'm going to go out of my way to use this.
