From the time this card appeared, it feels like BF is finally out of the deflationary period.
The raw RBI is average at 2400, but it is weakened with a burn of 800, and since it does not take targets, it has high combat power among level 6S, and it is itchy that burn can be used even if there are no monsters on the opponent's field. Specifications that are within reach.
In addition, the summoning right of BF can be added, and this benefit is huge for the whirlwind triggered by Normal Summon, and a great improvement in deployment power can be expected.
It's an effect that can be used to the fullest in BF, but since it doesn't specify the material and just the 1 effect is useful, I think it's an excellent level 6S even as a general purpose.
As an aside, in the original, this guy didn't have the 2 effect, and the 1 effect was only available when revived, which was a difficult specification to use, whereas Gram had a specification similar to his 2 effect.
