It doesn't specify the material, but it's an effect related to BF, so it will be used there.
There is also a restriction on deployment from EX, which was obviously wary of Vayu.
You can deploy low-level BFs other than tuners, but the effect will be negate, and BF originally has a lot of hand deployment effects, so it's hard to make use of it.
For the time being, Chris has a restriction that he can only expand his hand once per turn, so it can be used as a means of dealing with when the hand is bulky.
Also, there is Sohaya in the BF Synchro of the same level, and that can be deployed with Vayu, but it is a difficult effect to use in the early stages, and if you S summon it, it will become a tuner, so it will be different.
I can't say that it's easy to use, but it's not without its own strengths, and depending on the future environment, it may be prioritized.
