In the old days, there were no resuscitation restrictions, so it was a devifla-like card that needed to be used in conjunction with a resuscitation card, but after the resuscitation restrictions were established, it became impossible.
It was an unfortunate existence for a long time, but as the times progressed and the EX Deck became more complete, this card, which has a valuable EX effect, was re-evaluated.
In particular, by sending something like Herald of the Arc Light, which is sent to his GY and activates its effect, there is no turn limit on its own effect, so you can earn two cards with one card.
However, his own stats are poor, and his LP cost is huge, so he can basically only be used twice.
Leaving a poor self on the field has been almost eliminated with the appearance of Link, but I would like to produce results that are worth the LP paid.
Currently, there are several similar effects such as Zabolg, but this card has many unique advantages, so it is easy to differentiate. I think it's a high risk, high reward card.
