② is an effect that replaces The Weather on the field with The Weather on the Deck, but since the removed The Weather returns to the next Standby Phase, it is possible to effectively increase the Weather on the field every turn. The Weather, whose effect can be activated during Special Summon, is about Lazra, but it's a powerful card that makes up for the lack of deployment power and supports the arrival of Ar Ciel, the trump card. There is a restriction that recruiting will not be possible after activation, but this card is currently the only recruiting method in the category, so it doesn't matter much. Is it to the extent that the reckless summoning can no longer be used? Since it requires a monster on the opponent's field as an activation condition, it's almost impossible to use its effect on the first turn, but even so, it's a card you want to stack three times.
