There is no specified material, and the summoning itself is easy. However, since the effect is determined by the card used as material, it feels like it is actually specified depending on which effect you are aiming for.
If you use vanilla as a material, you can demonstrate complete resistance to the effect, but it is not very tasty because it lasts until the summoning turn and does not have a big hit point.
If you use P as a material, you can activate Take Control, and although you can't attack, it's permanent and doesn't target. It's probably the most powerful of the three effects.
If it's an effect, you can negate one face-up card, countering pesky permanent effects. I think this is the effect you will use the most.
Both effects are excellent, but to put it badly, the effects are poor in dexterity.
However, after the advent of Halifair, as long as you have a Tuner ready, it's easier to prepare an F1 that can be S Summoned on your opponent's turn with various decks of his.
The effect of this card can work effectively if it can be activated even during the opponent's turn, so it's a big deal that it's possible in various Decks.
Especially with Magician, many level 4s belong to P and effects, so it's easy to aim for a big add with two effects. Depending on the Deck, it can turn into a powerful interference card.
