You can recruit or revive the specified card by spending counters on Cloudian common effects.
In the case of resurrection, you can target each other's GY, which is rare, and depending on the number of counters and smoke, you can fill the field with smoke. Given the minority of the current Cloudian, such a thing is unlikely, and there is almost nothing to worry about due to the characteristics of this card.
Unusually for this type of effect, there is no limit. Mass deployment is possible as long as counters can be generated. In particular, it has excellent compatibility with Link Summoning, and you can secure materials for two bodies even by itself, and if you target it with Cloud Core, it will be easy to summon Link 4.
The downside is that you can't deploy it from your hand, and you'll be using most of the summoning right on yourself, so if Smoke comes to your hand, it's difficult to handle. I would like to make the cost per Troymare and the above cloud core.
It is a card that has been greatly strengthened by the expansion of the card pool, and I think it is an excellent card that will be the cornerstone of Cloudian's development.
