His LP's half the cost of Destrudo seems to be due to his singing voice.
Declare a card name and halve his LP every time the card's effect is activated.
Since it's not once per turn, 3/4 will disappear just by activating it twice from the initial LP.
However, since it is a trap that can be seen with Continuous Spell, it is doubtful that it will come to step on it.
In the latter half of the game, the impact will be less, so the operation will not be stable as a meta.
