If your own monster is destroyed, you can Special Summon, and you can connect to the 2 effect. It depends on the opponent, so it's a somewhat passive but easy condition.
However, if you use this effect, it will be removed, so it will be difficult to reuse it.
Since it is a very blessed stat, it is easy to use Special Summon without using this effect, and it may be better to keep it for emergency purposes. Well, it can also be used as a care against walls and interference, so it's an excellent effect normally.
If you succeed in Special Summon, you can use your hand as a cost to search for a card of the same attribute and race as your own card, which is a highly versatile effect. Special Summon is easy because I am blessed with support as I mentioned earlier.
