You can serve a card with the same name by excluding yourself and his FIRE on the field to GY with a weak burn when destroyed by battle.
The two effects certainly make sense, allowing you to do Volcanic-like moves that keep your hand full of bullets while being a wall for your opponent.
However, if you ask me if it suits Flamvell, I can only say no. How about reducing his GY by himself, even though he earns ads by developing with Shinen? Or rather, why is it necessary to exclude monsters on the field every time you search for the same name?
Flamvell is the only level 2 non-tuner, but as expected he doesn't have that much trouble with Flamvell, so he will use other level 2s.
I thought, but I can't really laugh at other non-tuner level 2 FIRE with 200 DEF.
