I think it's a card that can be said to be real entertainment in a good way, or an industrial waste in a bad way.
It sounds good to say that you can add a normal 1-time P-summon, but I'm guessing at the point where you have to successfully perform 3 P-summons to get there.
Rather, I can only say that it is better to prepare a means to win before you fulfill the conditions by P-summoning 3 times.
Ultimately, if you activate 3 cards, you can fulfill the conditions with a single Pendulum Summon! However, since it is limited to "this card's", there is no point in activating it multiple times.
Or even hypothetically, if you activate 3 copies, the new rule will move the P zone to his Spell Trap zone, which will put more pressure on the field, so it's even more out of the question.
If you can pump up, aim for additional P summons if you are lucky! It seems to be a concept, but if you analyze it calmly, you can only say that it is a card with a limit that is not even worth talking about.
On the other hand, if it's too easy, P summoning will become a different broken system that surpasses the nightmare of the 9th term, so it can't be helped.
Personally, I thought it was a card that made me think how to use it even if I printed it.
