A card that replaces the cost with a draw skip from 《Tribute to The Doomed》and is limited to face-up targets.
The draw seal is painful, but it's a no-cost at the time of activation, so it's convenient to use it immediately after drawing it. On top of that, it's a Quick-Play Spell, so you can use it to interfere with your opponent's turn. If you activate it with a chain when it becomes a removal target, you can also aim for a 2: 2 exchange.
The point that the backside cannot be targeted is that the environment set defense has decreased dramatically, so the difference is small.
There are ways to use it in combination with cards that draw and skip, but since there aren't many such cards, it would be difficult to reduce the disadvantages.
It's easy to use, but it's an era where you can't catch up with single removal with a basic 2:1 exchange. I feel that priority is a card for advanced players who are strict without thinking about anything.
