Create a new future, Shining Draw!
A Normal Spell with the same activation conditions as the Sword of the Seven Emperors.
During the draw phase, you can reveal from your hand when you draw normally, and you can choose to activate the effect of equipping Utopia with as many ZWs as possible or stacking a different Utopia on top of it.
Unlike the Sword of the Seven Emperors, it requires even more conditions, but its effect is strong. Regarding ZW, there is a fatal problem that his ATK does not rise, but the resistance of Fujin Raijin and the whole attack of Ashura sub-arm are attractive. Lio Arms from the EX Deck isn't bad either. The effect of putting a Utopia X monster on top makes this card feel like being treated as a RUM. He doesn't choose to build a deck rather than adding ZW, but RUM has many cards that are easier to handle, so I'm not sure if I need to go out of my way to play with this card.
It's a trump card for ZW-based decks, but it relies on uncertain draws. Since it doesn't work well with 《Xyz Change Tactics》, is it really just a deck that ZW is attached to Susumu Hope? ?
