For monster effects, ① is a brain muscle effect by doubling turn 1, but with the abundant card pool these days, just a brain muscle effect is useless. The effect of (2) is also the negate of the opponent's Spell/Trap at the cost of his own Spell/Trap on Turn 1, but after all it is Turn 1 and there is no resistance to monster effects.
Above all, when you summon this guy, you lose a large amount of board ad that releases all your own monsters, but it's not a good idea to impose a disadvantage on using the effect. Compared to other papers, it's still better, but personally, I can only call it a paper monster.
