It is one of DANE's level 9 monsters, and perhaps because there is no card that specifies Guardragon by name, it also belongs to the World Legacy category.
Considering that he can Special Summon by excluding 2 vanilla GYs from his hand or his GY, and considering that he is not a Special Summon monster, compared to some Setek Dragons, it is overwhelmingly easy to get high points.
On the other hand, the effect is rather modest. He lowers the opponent's attack and defense by the number of Dragons x 500, but considering that he can handle up to 3100 by himself, it's a reasonable place.
It's a little disturbing that each effect targets vanilla, Dragon, and level 9, but considering that it can receive Dragon and World Legacy support, it's a decent performance.
