A card with a lot of unusual things. There are rumors that there was a desperate answer saying "the card is wrong", and the initial text doesn't say "other than Menmasu", so it was errataed on the official website immediately after the release, but that's what you should be errataed about. I don't think so...
It has an effect that can be called a psychic version of Substitoad, and can summon various low-level psychics. Since I am a level 1 tuner myself, I was able to aim for various levels of S.
As already mentioned, the problem is that there is no turn limit. Although it has an LP cost, in combination with 《Brain Research Lab》, he was able to activate as many lower psychics as his deck, allowing him to fertilize his GY and compress the deck tremendously.
Compared to 《Substitoad》, it's harder to work alone, but it supports 141/Kin Tele, so there are plenty of ways to deploy it. If you forcefully raise the difficulty, it is about the point that tends to rot in the final stage.
It's an effect that can be exploited endlessly, so it's unlikely that it will be lifted without errata. I think it's a bad combo card.
