When there are monsters on the opponent's field, you can banish your own The Weather monsters from Friche and recruit other his The Weather from his Deck. In other words, even though it is conditional, it is a card that grants the astonishing development power of recruiting one Deck each time it is your turn and your opponent's turn. It's a long-awaited enhancement for The Weather Deck, which has poor deployment power and can't keep up with rapid developments.
Of course, it's easy to use Link 3's Ar Ciel, which was difficult to use until now, but this card also allows you to chain to your opponent's Cyclone to protect Threat and Rambla as his Special Summon, or summon Tarmel to do other things. It is also possible to move such as reupholstering to his The Weather pattern.
By making full use of the existing cards, it is a good enhancement card that can make the tricky The Weather move even faster and more flexible.
Unfortunately, in the end, Ciel couldn't do anything unless the effect of "The Weather Snowy Canvas" was activated first, so the lack of stability wasn't resolved. I look forward to the next enhancements.
