It's a card that lives up to its name, and GY is public information, so it's a bit out of the ordinary.
However, if it is activated before an attack, it will always negate the first attack, and it is easy to pass the main attack with some kind of monster as a decoy, so there is no way to deal with it.
It's not an effect that can directly get ads, but it's not a high priority at present, probably because there are many other decks that emphasize GY fertilizer.
That being said, it still has good stats and the aforementioned characteristics, so I think it's still a good card.
