It is a common Friche burn card that deals 500x damage to monsters on the field, and also has the effect of reversing face-down monsters.
Cards that can be compared with this kind of card include "Just Desserts" and "Preparation", which refer only to monsters on the field, and furthermore, they refer only to Effect Monsters, so that amount is multiplied by 500. There is an advantage that you can actively aim to increase the damage to some extent by counting the number of monsters on your field.
Also, even if it's reversed, it doesn't activate Flip Monster, but you can activate 《Snowman Eater》, or you can reverse after setting the card you want to play in Defense Position, so it's highly comboable.
Although it was called a truce, it had remained in the restricted position for about 18 years, probably because it performed well for me, but with the recent limit regulation, it was suddenly relaxed to semi-restricted. As a result, Rinkane is the only non-banned card that cannot be searched with Trap Trick.
