It gives the equipment card destruction resistance and penetration of battle and effects, and if the card is his Salamangreat Link Monster that he reincarnated Link Summoned, it has the effect of hitting monsters up to the number of that marker.
Destruction resistance is nice, but the demand for penetration, which is the remaining secondary effect, is becoming delicate. Also, the effect of consecutive attacks on monsters that have been reincarnated link summoned can only attack monsters, and his ATK of Salamangreat Link is not impressive, so it is difficult to imagine a situation where the effect can be demonstrated satisfactorily.
Destruction resistance is also useless if this card is removed, so you can't overestimate it. It's a deck with plenty of resurrection, especially Will, so you don't have to dare to add resistance.
