The concept is interesting, but in reality the card is only used in a phony way.
It has a compulsory battle effect, but the victory condition depends on the side that has monsters left on the field at the end, so if you use it together with the summoning suppression effect, the victory will be confirmed.
Even if that's not the case, if you target a card with high combat power such as Astram, it's easy to win with a high probability. It's easier to prepare such a large size compared to the active era.
It takes a lot of work, but it's still a fairly loose card among the special victory cards, and you can't expect the hot situation of a large-scale final battle like the illustration, and it's sure to be a cold atmosphere.
I think it's a card that will probably never be deregulated or errataed.
