There are many things I want to say, but in a nutshell, this card is an effect that feels like "the effect is not weak, but is there any point in doing it?" The re-use of the effect of , it doesn't say that it's weak, and it's actually strong, but in both cases it's like "do you bother to put out this Link 4 card?" It is subtle because it is covered by what you have and reusing the effect is not possible to reuse the effect when sent from Sandra's field to GY even if you reuse it. It is possible to change the Thunder Dragon formation to this card + Super Thunder Dragon formation, but what will happen if I do it? It feels like the material is loose, but Thunder's Link 3 doesn't exist at the moment, so at least for now, this looseness is less appreciated.
