A scientist researching how to Special Summon a Fusion Monster of level 6 or lower from the EX Deck by paying 1000LP. Special Summoned cards cannot attack directly and return to the EX Deck at the end of the turn, but since there is no activation limit, you can call as many as you have LP.
During his active career, he was originally used as an attacker to make Fusion Monsters hit him, and with his catapult turtle, he continued to rampage with Saien Katapawan Kill, which continued to shoot monsters that were Special Summoned, and was banned.
