A dragon with an appearance and effects unlike Yugi.
As the name suggests, it has a global removal effect, and strengthens itself by 300 for the number destroyed. He doesn't even let you use GY because he's removed after destruction like Naraku.
It's self-destructing and short-lived during the summon turn, but if you take advantage of its removal power and settle it, you won't mind.
With 0 offense and defense and a blessed status, there are plenty of search methods.
However, he is the highest class on top of being unable to Special Summon. On top of that, he demands half the LP, which is heavy anyway.
The enhancement effect also tends to depend on the opponent, and the enhancement magnification is subtle in the first place. It's hard to expect destructive power that matches its weight.
There is no turn limit for the effect, so if you keep securing removal targets by some means, you can expect him to be an LP adjustment and finisher.
It's a pretty peculiar card, and basically it's mainly used in combination with the remake Giga Rays.
